SUBJECT: Excellent Work - Thank you!

Dear Jeff:

As you know, your company recently painted major portions of our vintage Victorian house during this past month. The painting job included the base house (aluminum siding), the massive front porch, portions of the other two side/back porches, and several exterior doors/windows & trim. A total of four colors were used to accent the house.

We have been in our house for about ten years. Ever since we first saw the house, we had never liked its base color (dark brown), and were looking forward to the day we could get it painted. Last summer, we contracted with Putnam Smith to use a special latex epoxy paint (Elvis spray on siding) on the house and trim. Due to the poor weather last year, the painting job was delayed till this year. We were not happy with the delay, but all turned out for the best.

We were very happy to see your company arrive on the first day and had confidence in your ability to do a fine job as a qualified installer of this special paint product. During the job, we found your crew to have an excellent work ethic and all were very courteous. We would also like to recognize Brian for his frequent communications with us and his overall management of the crew. He had a "can do" attitude and was very customer oriented. We were also pleased to have provided your crew extra scope painting work at a fair price.

The house has never looked better!
