Please consider this as a letter of reference for Renaissance M.S. painting contractors. I cannont give adequate praise for the exceptional job done by everyone at Renaissance.

I recently purchased a new home in Aspinwall. The previous owners had painted their downstairs rooms in very bright colors. One of the bedrooms even had hand-painted "dancing hippos" all over the walls. Nothing would "work" for me, so I called Renaissnace M.S. for help.

When I first talked to Jeff, he promised me that he would be available to inspect the house and to come up with and estimate. Unlike other painters I had contacted, Jeff immediatley came to my home and gave me a written estimate of the costs to paint every room in the house. He gave suggestions as to what type and color of paint to use and also advised me NOT to paint some of the areas because they were in good shape. It was obvious to me that this man was not out to make a quick buck but rather to help a customer.

When it came time to start the project, Jeffs team were at my home working industriously from the first moment they entered the house. They took special care to protect the carpets and what furniture there was in the house. They thoroughly prepared the walls to make sure that the finished product would be first rate. When necessary they primed the walls-if not necessary they didn't. This saved me money and I appreciated the fact that they were willing to help me out in that respect.

After painting my daughter's room the color she requested, I realized that the selection was much to "vibrant" to live with. Jeff's team was more than willing to make the necessary changes, and now her bedroom is a beautiful shade of blue.

When I made the final walk-through inspection I realized that Renaissance had given me an outstanding, professional job. I was able to move into my home knowing that the place looked great!

In today's world, it is difficult to find tradesmen who want to work for you. I had to call four painters before I found one who would even give me an estimate. So, when you can find someone who is willing to work, had a reasonable price AND does an excellent job-you want to spread the word. I cannot give any higher praise to Renaissance M.S.
